Refund & Return Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read the policy below before requesting a return or refund.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as final sale
- Orders collected via in-store pickup or local pickup. As pickup allows you to check your items at the time of collection, we encourage customers to ensure everything meets their expectations before leaving.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped
Important Information
Slight differences in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions and screen settings. These variations are not considered defects. Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
